High-quality prints in limited edition
The wild flowers along the roadside, in meadows, around lakes, by the sea, deep in the forest, the mosses and lichens, the plants and creatures whose names I don’t even know but who all have their place in the ecosystem — they are my passion.
I pick a flower here, a piece of grass there, then sit down and sketch them. On this website, you'll find a selection of some of the plants and fish I've drawn and painted, available as high-quality prints in small editions. Maybe you’ll find your own favorite here?
Please enjoy browsing the collections, and if there’s a flower or fish you’re missing, don’t hesitate to contact me at info@lottaprints.com. I’d love to hear from you.

The printing process
The estimated production time for certain items is 1-2 weeks. Each print is carefully handled and manually processed, including a test print. This extra step is part of my commitment to delivering high-quality prints every time. And of course I will sign the print if you wish me to! Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Painting fish
If I am lucky, a painting crosses an invisible line after a couple of days’ work. It starts living its own life, takes control and decides where to go. I just walk along and then before I know it, it’s done. The feeling when that happens is always surprise and marvel.

Something about colours
I have my favorite colours. They are like old friends and are always there when I need them. For example, Naples yellow is wonderful in mixtures, especially with cobalt violet. Another favorite is raw sienna. It's very adaptable. With ultramarine blue, it provides a warm and soft black hue.
This single blackberry was painted in early august. In Sweden that's to early for getting a harvest but the one ripe blackberry- it was delicious!

A note on sustainability
I try to reuse packaging and other materials in my business whenever possible. I also do my best to avoid plastic. I use eco-friendly paints and paper free from unnecessary additives — all in an effort to run my business in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.

Autumn in northern Sweden
The velvetbells shift from dark violet to black, while the dwarf birch turns from green to orange. These two drawings were made in Stáddajåhkå along the Badjelánnda trail (northern Sweden) in early august.

Work is slow
Sometimes I work all day without getting anywhere. I need to find a nice flower, buy more paint, get another sketchbook or more ink as I run out of it when trying to enlarge a drawing. Then I change my mind about a background and need to start over. Work is sometimes slow. But then there is the common tansy that brightens the landscape with its yellow, button-like flowers in large clusters. It grows along the roadside and its leaves emit an unmistakable scent. And everything is well again.
